Fundraiser: Corporate Sponsors

​The AHS Music Department is rolling out a fundraiser for students to earn money toward their Spring Trip cost. Students have the opportunity to go to local businesses and ask them to be a corporate sponsor for the AHS Music Department. If the business pays to be a sponsor, they will receive ad space in our 3 digital spring programs that will be seen by hundreds of community members and will be listed and linked on our website. The student will get 50% of the cost of the sponsorship directly toward their trip. We are keeping track of this on the google form that the business fills out so please make sure the business has your name.
We will work to create a form letter for students, but a personalized and thoughtful request from the student will go much futher and we encourage students to reach out in person and follow up via email. Businesses are much more likely to become a sponsor with a personalized, in-person connection.
